3. Product Information and Availability

We work to keep our menu descriptions, product images, ingredients, availability, and pricing as accurate as possible. However, product images are for illustration purposes, and actual beverages or food items may vary slightly in appearance due to preparation, seasonal ingredients, customization, and availability.

Menu items, toppings, flavors, prices, promotions, and availability may change without notice.

Certain items may be available only at specific times. For example, boba toppings may have limited availability based on daily preparation schedules.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse service, cancel orders, or discontinue products at any time.

4. Orders and Payment

When you place an order through Ding Café, you agree that all information provided is accurate and complete.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. An order confirmation does not guarantee that an item is available. If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, Ding Café may contact you to offer a substitution, modification, store credit, or refund for the unavailable item.

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may not include applicable taxes, platform fees, delivery fees, service fees, or gratuities until checkout.

We reserve the right to correct pricing, typographical, menu, or product-description errors. If a pricing error affects your order, we may cancel the order and notify you before processing it.

5. Pickup Orders

Customers placing pickup orders are responsible for reviewing the order confirmation for the correct pickup location, item selections, modifications, and scheduled pickup time.

Please inspect your order before leaving the café whenever possible. If there is an issue with your order, notify a Ding Café team member as soon as possible so we can reasonably assist.

Ding Café is not responsible for food or beverage quality after an order has been picked up and left the premises, including changes caused by travel time, temperature, melting, spilled beverages, or delayed consumption.

6. Delivery and Third-Party Ordering Platforms

Ding Café may provide links to third-party ordering and delivery platforms, including Clover, DoorDash, Grubhub, Uber Eats, or other ordering services.

Orders placed through a third-party platform are also governed by that platform’s own terms, policies, pricing, delivery fees, cancellation procedures, and refund processes.

Ding Café is not responsible for third-party platform outages, delivery delays, driver conduct, incorrect delivery addresses entered by customers, delivery fees, platform service fees, or issues that occur after an order has been transferred to a third-party delivery service.

For delivery concerns, customers should first contact the delivery platform used to place the order. Ding Café may assist when appropriate, but cannot guarantee a resolution for matters controlled by the third-party platform.

7. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

Because most Ding Café food and beverages are freshly prepared and perishable, we generally do not accept returns once an order has been prepared, picked up, delivered, or consumed.

Refunds, remakes, or store credits may be considered when there is a verified issue, such as:

• An incorrect item was provided.
• A significant item or customization was missing.
• An item was materially different from the confirmed order.
• A product quality concern was reported promptly.

To request assistance, please contact Ding Café as soon as possible and provide your order details, including the name used for the order, order time, receipt or confirmation number, and a description of the issue.

Approved refunds may be returned to the original payment method, issued as store credit, or handled through the applicable third-party ordering platform.

Promotional items, free items, discounts, gift cards, and limited-time offers are generally non-refundable and have no cash value.

8. Promotions, Coupons, and Loyalty Offers

Promotions, coupon codes, giveaway items, email offers, QR-code offers, and loyalty incentives are subject to the specific terms stated in the promotion.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

• Only one promotion may be used per transaction.
• Promotions cannot be combined with other offers.
• Offers may be limited by date, time, product availability, or minimum purchase requirements.
• Promotions are valid only while supplies last.
• Ding Café may modify, pause, or end a promotion at any time.
• Promotional items cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or substitutions.

We reserve the right to decline promotional redemptions that appear fraudulent, duplicated, altered, or used in violation of the stated offer terms.

Ding Café products may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including milk, eggs, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, wheat, gluten, sesame, and other ingredients.

While we make reasonable efforts to accommodate ingredient and customization requests, we cannot guarantee that any item is completely free from allergens or cross-contact. Customers with food allergies, sensitivities, or dietary restrictions should inform our team before ordering and use their own judgment when selecting products.

Ingredient information may change without notice due to supplier substitutions, seasonal products, or recipe updates.
